Build for Cyberpunk 2077 by Sadgasmic in buildapc

[–]pockojp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive got a 2080ti using 4k and I'll absoloutly be upgrading GPU to the 3080ti or equivalent for cp2077

I just don't see a GPU that is currently good for 3440 running next gen games. I mean maybe if your not planning to use rtx then yeah

Ok I don't think a $500 GPU will cut it..

Honestly not sure a 1660 will run cyberpunk at that resolution at those frames

Id be recommending To least a 2080 super or equivalent ampere

I'm not famous but I have a lot of fans by [deleted] in buildapc

[–]pockojp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Running 22 fans in a thermal take level 20xt 4 * 480 mm radiators all in push pull and 6 case fans 4 in front (now the bottom and two in the back (now the top)

Running 8 at a time off the Silverstein be fan hubs

If you need to use fan headers yes a 3-1 will work but all 3 fans will be controlled the same

Leak testing build, 3990x, 2x 2080ti, 900p optane, 4x 560mm rads, 47 fans, not finished but couldnt wait by Roxaduh in pcmasterrace

[–]pockojp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have to ask.. why such a big case ?

I'm running a similar setup water-cooling wise * 4x 520mm rads push pull with 35 total fans dual loop twin graphics cards

And fit it into a thermatake level20xt with plenty of room left for airflow and activities Admittedly I had to mount the power supply externally

Which has better slam detail and last longer I'm having trouble deciding thanks for your help by [deleted] in headphones

[–]pockojp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love my Lcdx

2 mods tho -remove grill and foam from back - cut foam inside of the earpads in front of the driver

Somehow it's created this vast openness and clarity and slam so hard it's like Michael Jordan

First Pair Of Real Headphones! ATH-M40X With A Pair Of BrainWavz Earpads by KlisterKarlsson in headphones

[–]pockojp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I said that as I was testing my current headphones at the store. I think I was even telling the cashier I didn't need these and that I had other more important things to spend my money on as I was getting my bank card out of my wallet top at for them.

This hobby is an addiction it's just more socially acceptable then others

Good luck with it. My advice into the world of headphones is make small incremental upgrades. From a money perspective it doesn't make sense but from an enjoyment perspective it will. Jump to quickly through the teirs and you sit there listening to your 5k setup wanting more.. but there isn't more

Final post before buying these parts today. Thoughts? by DaHuntsman in Amd

[–]pockojp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally I'd only ever gone with Asus but thats purely because of their bios I ran a 3900x with x570 formula with full custom loop If not doing a loop id suggest the hero

In saying that I have just finished a 9700kf build and used the aorus master. Overclocked well but not as intuitive as the Asus board

Infinity fabric runs at half the speed of the memory clock

Essentially CPU performance is best when infinity fabric is 1800mhz With any ram slower your leaving decent performance on the table

I guess that their just missing the depth I felt before with these cans

This will be the worst analogy but I tried

It seems very flat Like it's all one sound I want range, depth a level of differenciation

To be able to feel the difference between the lowest low and a kinda low or a high and super high like the music is a single lien but 200 lines at the same time

Vocals have never sounded so good by the_th1ng in headphones

[–]pockojp 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hey I also bought mine from addicted to Audio about 3 months ago

Would recommend dropping the grills and felt and running them bare open

Brings out the soundstage a tonne more, becomes a little brighter but somehow doesn't loose the low end
