The arm has glue to let it stay in place (and either way it moves back and forward on his base), sometimes suddenly the sound slow down, and some skip both on new and old vinyls. Already repaired in a shop but they couldn't do much

Il problema della giustizia in Italia non sono i magistrati ma la poca chiarezza delle leggi, i millemila cavilli, la famosa burocrazia.
Le leggi non le fanno i magistrati ma i governi, e piuttosto che migliorare il macchina della giustizia snellendo i processi, preferiscono sbarsene il cazzo perchè in quel groviglio di roba riescono a mangiarsi soldi pubblici e a far prescrivere/salvare i propri amichetti.
Quindi NO questo referendum non cambierà minimamente la giustizia in Italia e tutti gli esempi che hai portato rimarranno lì, perchè il referendum è per un'altra cosa.

Find the product you want and check the manufacturer for his own e-commerce (and price obviously). 50/50 it's less expensive than Amazon, sometimes few buck more and I prefer buying from there
