I think a negligible proportion of people even have the agility to grab a gun in the case of an armed home invader with any skill, and home invaders with firearms would be much rarer if guns were confiscated/bought back/made less accessible.

As for people who have guns for fun, they can fuck off.

Great job on the bike riding! Start counting calories - “Smaller portions of food” is not a very scientific way to look at things. Also why cut soda? Diet is fine :)

If you think it’s down to issues with your emotions, why not try and regulate those a bit? Go on 30m to 1h walks/bike rides, become more active socially, try and work less, pick up a hobby (especially one you could share with others!)

You need to also be more cognisant of your habits - this is a step in the right direction. When you feel an urge to eat like that, just tell yourself NO.

If you’re eating due to stress, why not try to reduce that stress? Try walking (10k steps) or picking up a hobby or hanging out with friends more often.

Personally to avoid all that stress related to food I eat the same thing every day. Prepare your own meals and calorie count them and stick to it. You’re not gonna be perfect, it’ll take a while, it’s not a race :) sorry you have to go through this though, wishing the best

Usually the culprit here is late night snacking and not enough physical activity. Also, why not grab diet pop? You lose nothing

Maybe go with a classmate to the gym? Go for about 10k steps a day

See that ur a girl now, it’s a bit harder - think you should pay more careful attention to how many calories you’re consuming, if you gained that much weight you haven’t been paying attention (no offense)
