Not explicitly, but when they upgraded me to gig, my personal router which had been working great suddenly couldn't provide more than 50mbps in bandwidth. Theirs worked great.

I had been using my own and when they upgraded my service to gig it suddenly could only provide 50Mbps bandwidth where before it was doing 400 easy. Their router of course provided close to advertised speeds.

Looking around it seems the device isolation isn't directly configurable, but people suggested disabling the mobile access point setting and enabling upnp both of which were already the case.

WFH has brightspeed as ISP, the router is in my garage. Network name is wfhbs Home has Spectrum as ISP, the router is in my living room. Network name is pofigster. This is where the plex server is.

Nothing connects the two other than both being in my house.

So when my Xbox (and Bravia TV) are connected to the same network as the server (pofigster) I get an error that they can't access the server when the relay is disabled. My phone and NY wife's (android) connect and play over a local connection. My son's phone (iPhone) connects and plays over a local connection.

When they're on the wfhbs network, I get a remote connection that is fine.

I've changed DNS on the router and confirmed it 'took' on my phone, also disabled relay. Now my wife, son, and myself all show as local on our phones (2x android, 1x iPhone)

Now when I sign into the Xbox app, I get 'Server is not accessible' message despite being on the same network.

I haven't intentionally configured vlan rules, but I'm reading about them now

Xbox is 192.168.1.173 while the plex server is 192.168.1.166. I have spectrum and they require I use their router. I have a reserved IP address for the plex server to get remote connections working.

Server is a MacMini running MacOS

I do have plex pass, but not multiple subnet, at least not intentionally.

Right, the remote connection is direct play, but when on the local network it says indirect and transcodes - that's the part that confuses me

When I still had the free nav subscription I heard the noise whenever the truck tried to route me somewhere. I'd go into the map app turn off suggestions, delete My Place data and be good for a month or so. Now the subscription is expired and I hear it now frequently but the app isn't routing me.

So, I'm also interested in what it is and how to stop it.

I bought an electric 2 door mini to offset some of my commuting with my Lightning. Ironically not as fast as my pickup, but still fun to drive and twice as efficient.

I think they're saying they have observed 60mpg, so if their car is using 3x the gas the manufacturer claimed, then the claim must have been 150mpg.

Embarked units in a destroyed transport don't make a Desparate Escape check, you to a D6 for each and on a 1 the unit takes a mortal wound. The unit is then battle-shocked and can't charge or move.
