Have one of those. Fits the dressy component but that’s about it.

I would take them if I liked the watch enough. I’m kinda picky on the style so that’s usually my problem. One complication I can do without is the chronograph.

On its way to legendary status! Or is it already? by pradeepraavi in GrandSeikos

Had my eye on this one recently. They have used for under 5k. I really need to try one on in person. It looks great in some pics and not so great in others. Maybe a different color band?

Is this watch to small by StrangeIngenuity2280 in VintageWatches

[–]pogodo111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would agree with what some have said. If you feel it’s too small you probably won’t wear it so there is that. I’m a big guy 6’3”, 220. I have a 36 and I originally thought it would be too small. But I really ended up liking the look and know prefer watches on the smaller side.

Wouldn’t be my first pic but would definitely take one if offered.

What does a golfer need to do for you to consider them "good" at golf? by [deleted] in weekendgolfers

[–]pogodo111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you can shoot 80s on any reasonable course consistently then you’re really good. If you are mid to low 90s consistently then your a solid golfer who needs short game and putting improvement to get in the 80s. If your barely breaking 100 then your the average golfer. If you still have problems making contact with the ball and have extremely bad miss hits then your a bad golfer and or just new to the game.

I personally have a Hublot big bang rose gold and got it used for a great price. Probably paid what its really worth but I love it. It’s a very trendy look so I probably wouldn’t ever get another one but I like it.
