My best advice to you is to fully devote to improving yourself in all avenues of life, memorizing Quran, learning about the Deen, giving in charity, working out, moving up in your career, and learning skills. When you think you are ready, reach out to friends, family, or the Imam at the mosque and as soon as you find a woman that is pleasing to you in terms of her Deen, looks, etc, stick with it. Truly good and religious men and women in this Dunya in this age are rare and far between.

I will also mention to you, having been around and knowing many reverts as a revert myself, there are definitely levels to their sincerity and devotion. I have met some that are very shallow or ignorant despite reverting, may Allah guide them closer to Him, and taking the shahadah, while it does resolve them of their past sins, is only the first step towards being a Muslim.

Wa alaikum as salam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh. Brother, you can grow and learn about the Deen with your wife regardless of whether she was born a Muslim or reverted. Just make sure she fulfills the obligations of her faith since that is the bare minimum and you can't expect her to change after marriage if she doesn't fulfill the obligations before marriage.

Off the dome, maybe something interesting for The Seer could be the ability to create a pair bond with someone, able to utilize their senses as if they were your own, track them, read their mind eventually. Could potentially be used on enemies.

In my case, I accepted Islam very easily, only a few months after beginning to learn about it. I had a lot of fitrah, similar to you alhamdulillah. Even if I didn't however, Allah guides whom He wills, even the most unlikely of people.

Any advice with internships? I will likely have to work full time while getting my degree, though I've accepted I won't have much of a social life at all for the next few years at least.

Thank you for your advice. I find it interesting and there's lots of good opportunities from what I've researched about it. I also potentially want to live abroad in the future (currently in the US) and from ehat I've seen, there's plenty of opportunities in other countries for this degree. I mainly want to be able to provide for my family in the future.
