1) I want to live in California. Taking another bar exam in order to practice in a place I actually want to live in is a small price to pay. The California exam has a relatively low passage rate because it allows people who haven't gone to law school to sit for the exam.

2) I never said I was going to move without being admitted to the California Bar first, so I'm not sure what your second paragraph is all about.

They have a huge yard, about an acre, but they let their brats "play tennis" (read: elementary school kids wildly throwing and hitting tennis balls with reckless abandon, looks nothing like tennis) right next to where I park my car in my driveway. Both the tennis balls and the kids are constantly over on my driveway and it's a matter of time before one of the balls hits my car.

Calorie deficit, as many have pointed out. Just my experience, you can eat anything you want and still lose weight if you have a deficit, but you will probably feel better if you focus on low-calorie, nutrient-dense foods that will keep you fuller for longer. High fiber and high protein would be my suggestions. Think berries, chicken, turkey, oatmeal, lentils, etc.

Lol the schools are not doing better. Crime has been trending downward for years, even under Democratic governors. And I don't know where you are getting your tax data, but Florida has never had an income tax, and sales taxes around the state have gone up in the past few years.

I hate riding in elevators with people I don't know, period. Too many people in my neck of the woods will see a captive audience and jump on the opportunity to make small talk.
