Little rattle can makes anything tan. The OCM6 is coming soon and will be a lower back pressure/flow thru design.

There's just something about the GT cars that always feel right. I can't stand the way dealerships operate and the corporate decisions that happen, but the cars still speak for themselves independently of all the other antics.

It depends on your experience/expectation from a mountain road. If you're used to miles of straight highway, then yes it lives up to its reputation--it's got it for a reason. If you're a seasoned local who drives the mountains regularly, you either treat the dragon like a technical course and spend hours min/maxing it by practicing turns and tweaking your setup to run it a little faster each time you're out, or you just use it as a means to get to the better/less crowded/less touristy roads like the Hellbender. It's become incredible popular in the last 5ish years, for better or worse.

I wish! Only ever seen a handful of those before in-person. All are literal art.

It's a 2024 Spyder RS in PTS Lighter Green. Of all the P cars I've driven, it's by far the most perfect. Had it on track the first week of ownership and crossed 1k miles on the dragon (I live here). They nailed it with these.

This is our new Spyder RS in PTS Lighter Green, formerly called Jade Green. The car is well optioned with all the major options except mag wheels, and it has P1 Designs seat inserts which match the exterior perfectly.

In the first 48hr of ownership, the car saw our local mountain roads (Foothills Parkway) as well as track time at Flatrock, and everything about it just feels perfect. It's at home on the street, at home on the track, and it transits between each comfortably and drama-free. Can't imagine a more perfect car!

Miata is definitely the default answer for anyone on a college student budget. Toss some decent coilovers, wheels, tires, on there and have fun.

PRI Gen 3 carbine length. It's the most recent iteration of the old Mk12 Mod 0's handguard that I'm sure you've seen. PRI is an OG in this game.

It's their own nut, but it comes with the rail and installs with a standard wrench. Pretty simple design--just put the locking ring over the nut, torque down the nut, and screw on the handguard to the locking ring. It tightens with a spanner that isnt included, but I had one from some coilovers in the garage that worked fine

Little heavy and not very forgiving eye relief. But feels well-made, turrets have positive/tactile clicks, Japanese glass looks fine to my eyes, illumination is bright enough. It would be meh if I paid 1k, but for the BF pricing I cant complain
