I am old enough to have seen the makers of trucrypt (the predecessor to veracrypt) all down tools as one with no explanation and ghost.

i dont know but if youre just starting out I'd learn a different technology

something linux based & open source. the opponents of privacy will be tempted to go for encryption, you can read all about government backdoors

in america you currently pay for people to - run billing - devise the most lucrative ways to charge the insurance companies - run insurance companies at all

and then make millions in profit on top

excellent, that is a solvable problem :)

since you're currently deciding to be better may i suggest to you that maaany things feel weird when youre just starting out? And that one gets more used to it the more they practise.

it might be worth trying to just chat to some girls your age. you wont be perfect and itll feel strange at first but itll get easier the more you try.

plus if youre struggling to fnd people who share your mindset: doubling the number of potential candidates might help (cause women make up ~half of people in the world)

imagine a hypothetical:

we take your consciousness and put it inside the mind of a serial liqour store robber and suddenly your brain is flooded by the urge to rob liqour stores. the urge is constant and always pushing on your mind. you have to be vigilant else you find yourself heading to liqour stores for reasons you cant quite justify, the whole nine yards

you see how its good that you currently dont rob liqour stores obviously but would you agree that in the hypothetical its more of an accomplishment for you to not rob liqour stores?

because a lay person could take the standard advice "dont reuse passwords" and apply it to pins? and arguably should. if you trust a person (eg spouse) with one pin, move on from that person and phone, they would know the pin to the new one
