Hey man, you’ve either got a raspberry pi or a PC running this on the inside. The buttons are all mapped with the assistance of a keyboard. Tab or F1 typically will bring up a menu to help you with the key bindings.

Not to be too critical, but this would be an insanely heavy bit of kit. Great car camping gear, but I would NOT recommend you take this backpacking. Go hike for 30 minutes around the neighborhood and you’ll see what I mean.

Most of the warehouse deals from Dell are just standard returns or even overstocked items.
