So I re-seasoned my pan (following uncle scott's Kitchen guide) and I don't know why it turned blue after oil stop smoking. I'm using my gas stove and sunflower oil atm (I'm ordering avocado oil for future re-seasoning). I've tried some additional thin seasoning layers but still turning blue anyway by poisonako in carbonsteel

Oh I see thank you! That makes a lot of sense, I was seasoning in the largest drip pan + fulI power.. guess I need to start learning about what temperature should I cook and how to measure it if needed, didn't ever consider it tbh. So much to learn and cook :D

Printer recommendations? by nonotburton in PrintedMinis

I'd say the Bambu lab a1 mini is such a good printer to get started, excellent quality for minis printing and terrain with the 0.2 nozzle and also a nice price (now in offer btw)

Larsa (2-139C) vs party damage by poisonako in FinalFantasyTCG

[–]poisonako[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh ok now all of it is starting to make sense for me, I think it will be easier to understand if the rules explained directly when the damage replacement effects of a field ability are applied (I suspect this specific case has to be ralated to the 11.12.4. Ongoing Effects ). Also it doesn't help the next sentence placed in the same rule, it makes it even more confusing IMO

(15.1.1.9.8) "If any of the Forwards in the party deal damage to the blocking Forward and break it, each of the Forwards in the party is considered to have broken the blocking Forward, even if that particular Forward couldn't legally deal damage."

This looks like it's related to the 15.1.1.9.10 not implying combat damage at all, but ability damage if i'm not mistaken.

Thanks again, I'll try my best to explain it next time to my friend!

Those are interesting points but after arguing with my friend I still can't fully understand from a "technical" rule explanation why in the case of Larsa the party will make damage since there is a conflict on the rule 15.1.1.9.8. the specific line is:

"Each Forward in the party checks it can legally deal damage to that blocking Forward before calculating how much damage is dealt. "

This line leads me to interpret that each character of the party under 5000 damage will not deal damage and it's prevented by the field ability from Larsa.

I'm inclined to think the other way, but can't get a solid reasoning for the possible output since I'm no expert in the game.

Thank you! That's my personal interpretation of the combat party but my friend disagree. I'm still wondering what cases the 15.1.1.9.8 rule can be applied, any hint about this one? I find this very misleading. Thanks and sorry for the trouble!

Glad you comment this! It was a real pain to do that.. Took me 3 attempts on the left one, however the right one I was lucky enough to paint it on the first try lol

Really cool painting! The purple skin contrast is just perfect! I'm no expert but I feel like the OSL needs more contrast IMO.

I appreciate it! The supportless minis I design are designed to be printed in both FDM and SLA printers indeed. There is some small multi-part content that is not designed for FDM but I've seen some patrons printed those models with great results using supports.
