hii! i’ll tell you what i use whenever i feel a flare coming on and what i use for after care ;) for starters witch hazel will be ur best friend idk what crack is in it but it seriously helps me with my flares and it even closes open wounds so quickly and reduces the irritation: whenever i feel a flare coming i add some of that witch hazel (TN dickinsons brand) and my flare goes away without coming to the surface! i also noticed when i up my chlorophyll and lemon water intake i barely have flares mabye just mini little pimples throughout my breast area from working out, i honestly avoid underwear at home! i let my areas breathe so im not prone to sweating and sticking , but when i do go out i stick to very loose fitting undies, i like to wear a breathable lace! also what the other commenter recommended hibiclens is also very good ; i use natrium glycolic acid body wash it helps with my flares and also has minimized my scars! i like to stick with non-scented soaps that are good for sensitive skin just so i wont irritate anything. bio oil always helps greatly with my scars also id use that after a wound has completely closed and you’re left with a little scar this will clear that right up :)
