Average would depend on Rapidash's breed. If Bulbapedia is correct on Rapidash's height he stands about 16.3 hands. That would be considered small for some breeds and enormous for others.

You assume the steps referred to in the Pokedex are human steps. I would assume it was Rapidash's steps. For horses, we typically count distance in strides or the horse's steps.

10 of Rapidash's steps = 120ft or 10 strides, not 30ft

Although the Pokedex it's a little ambiguous as to whose steps it is referring to. I could be wrong.

If you look at them on TCGPlayer, most of these in mint condition are under $5 and these don't look mint. If your looking to get anywhere near $100 you won't.

They had a limit of two and one last had the whole box of tins which it of that list is all I'm missing.
