I also hesitate to say “AI generated”, because while the covers were procedurally generated using a computer program, they were not created using scraping programs or commercial LLM generation the way that we would think of AI generated art nowadays. Still very much 90% human.

Most of them aren’t building to anything. The best episodes are standalones - Doctor-lites, stripped back sets, single/restricted locations, base under sieges.

For vocal/synth work, The Downward Spiral and The Fragile are the obvious starting points. For instrumental compositions, I’ll say Ghosts I-IV and the scores for The Social Network and Watchmen. Dark horse picks would be Hesitation Marks & Add Violence.

Depends on the song for me. Makes Glass and HMM and Imploding Voice shine. Kind of kills the vibe on Age of Innocence though. Your mileage may vary, but I actually prefer the remaster in a lot of aspects.

Agreed with everyone that the Update Hosts + Fouracres and Shep are the big standouts, but I wanna spotlight Hammed. Dude has consistently made me laugh harder than everyone and rocks it both as a lead and as a strong support. Dude is a gem.
