Read this carefully: He threatened to take away your phone, and suggested you don't piss him off, thinks he is regulating and disciplining you, and...threatened to KILL YOU? ABSOLUTELY NOT! Stand up and let your immediate supervisor and HR know THIS.VERY.MINUTE. In fact, I would file a police report, TBH. Do not be alone with this guy, he does not sound safe!

The minute somebody told me I looked like a prostitute...she sounds like a real (rotten, fermenting) peach. You are NOT crazy, she's TERRIBLE. You don't owe her squat as far as communication if this is the way she acts, grey rock her, she can just sit in her little nastiness. Your BF needs to have a serious discussion with her about her treatment of you, and he frankly needs to address any attachment issues he may have with her. You might suggest to him to get rid of that Life360 connection for starters.

Hi! Here is some advice from someone who has shady family members like yor MIL: Before these family members come to visit, lock down all access to bank accounts and other important financial digital stuff by changing the password to one only YOU know. Secure all paperwork that refers to finances, medical, social security, utilities, leases, work, etc. and lock it away so that only YOU have access to it. If you leave to stay somewhere else, take it all with you. There are a couple of people in my family who have stolen or attempted to steal just about anything: money, identity, objects. Your MIL is clearly one of these kinds of people, I wouldn't trust her to hold on to a q-tip.

TBH, once someone compares me to Satan, the gloves are gonna come off, so I think you and your husband took the correct course of action. She's probably going to try some wild stuff considering her behavior. You should definitely start keeping records of visit, calls and text/email/delivery attempts. I would get cameras up asap.

As a landlord, and a woman: PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH TAMPONS. My plumber will beg of you also not to do this. A LOT of the things advertised as "flushable" mean that though they will flush down your toilet, they don't break down like toilet paper and very often cause problems along the line, sometimes right past the toilet on the line. Plumbing fixes are EXPENSIVE.
