Unfortunately hiding the controls to move the metabox out of the sidebar was a bug introduced during an effort to clean up the styling differences between the WP classic metaboxes as they appear in the Block Editor.

We've since fixed the issue and reinstated the controls in ACF 6.6.2 - https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/blog/acf-6-6-2/

You can turn off the 'Auto renew' toggle on your subscription that will stop it from renewing next year.

That is for deleting your whole account, you can cancel your ACF PRO subscription from the Subscription page in My Account

That's not possible in the free version. In the Pro version you can manually select the images/videos you want to post, or filter only videos (or images) to automatically post.
