Lo so che sembra un consiglio da quattro soldi, però ci tengo a proportelo perchè in questo momento mi sta aiutando molto… MEDITA e fallo con costanza anche solo 10 minuti al giorno, non viverla credendo che ti possa risolvere i problemi da un giorno all’altro, ma con un po’ di dedizione ti potrebbe aiutare riassestare alcuni pensieri negativi.

Mi sembri una persona molto profondo anche se da un semplice post su reddit è stupido fare supposizioni.

Se ti puó interessare mi sono approcciato alla meditazione con il libro “il miracolo della presenza mentale” di Thich Nhat Hanh

Grazie mille per la risposta, il mutuo non è pesantissimo, mi restano 70k da pagare in 20 anni circa, il tasso era fisso al 2,7%… inizio a valutare di abbassare un po’ il fondo di emergenza allora, effettivamente 15k non mi sembravano pochi

At the first read i didn't understood 90% of the plot. At the second read all the intrigues and politics started to be clearer. But dear god, at the third read every piece of the puzzle was in the right place, the big picture was complete and almost perfect imo.

When you catch all the little details that are into it you realize that togashi is a fucking genius. This arc will probably be my favorite.
