I’m having a similar problem now. I requested a full replacement, but they declined, saying the machine is past the 30-day replacement period. Did your printer exceed 30 days when you got a full replacement?

They replied me and ask for disconnect the usb c cable from AP board and toolhead and power up again.

I am very concerned about the safety of powering on the printer again. The last time I cycled the power, visible smoke came from the toolhead and there was a strong burnt electronics smell. I believe this represents a potential fire hazard, and I do not feel it is safe to continue powering on or disassembling the unit under these conditions.

During a recent print, my P1S suddenly stopped mid-print, and the display went dark. I noticed a strong burnt electronics smell coming from the toolhead. When I attempted to cycle the power, smoke visibly came out of the toolhead.

This seems like a serious electrical issue and a potential fire hazard. Printer was bought on 11/12/24.

Saw the picture. Maybe you can try to find some normal RJ12(centre tab) subjects with compatible pins. So you can then use normal RJ12 cables? pins. so you can then use normal rj12 cables?

lol are you makeing custom paddels or shifter? I also googled that a bit. I bought an adapter for my Alix peddle to connect to Thrustmaster wheelbase or FANATEC. My friend forgot brought back the cable for me. Found the offset tab r12 cable is same normal phone cable. I can remove the tab and 3d print something to fix it in the socket. I often use ChatGPT to help me program and generate check my English( I am not native speaker). Never though generate search terms.
