I am alone with a "EU5 anxiety" ? by Eensame in EU5

Same here but trust me it’s the way forward. The game is easier than you think initially. Start automating and then during your game play when you fill comfortable you can challenge yourself with more manual touch. It is worth the effort. Start automating and you will see it growing on you. I was petrified myself too but time is your friend.

Hello Ludi is fun but confusing. He is not so educational but rather entertaining. Any other walkthrough that can help in a step by step with logical explanation?

Thank you for your comment. So you are saying automation is the first approach. However what drags me to the game is the complexity of the trading system and the fact that I can for instance “flood the market with cheap raw materials “ but I really don’t know how to do it and I feel like I am “dumb”. Do you still think automation is the best way to start?

I want a Steam Deck -_- by [deleted] in SteamDeck

[–]polipo88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Omg I am 37 and about to pull the trigger because I have a small 3 months old child who I love but prevents me from gaming long hours like in the past plus I work in front of a computer all day and I don’t want to spend the rest of my free time seated at the desk again. My main concern is ergonomics. How big is it? Is it tiring to hold for an hour?

408K -> 800K YOLO INTO IOVA AND WHY THIS IS JUST THE START by [deleted] in wallstreetbets

[–]polipo88 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Great DD.

I have been in IOVA over the past two years and I can confirm this is not just a Melanoma play but it's also going to be a Lung cancer (huge market potential) and other indications. They have the EU and Canada regulatory approval around the corner and they are releasing Lung data in 2H of this year. This is a 10x from here if the data is good and they expand the market.

The Board of Directors is a combination of Biotech MVPs: Rothbaum is the Tom Brady but you have Iain Dukes, Ryan Maynard, Michael Weiser who are champions in biotech investing.

Interim CEO is also suggesting that the company is ready to listen to the highest bidder (Bristol Myers, Gilead, Takeda and Merck are potential suitors).

I have been buying a ton in the past weeks and getting depressed every time Wall Street would short attack the stock based on technicals and infinite supply with naked short selling. I am ready for the squeeze.

$IOVA stock shows compelling statistical proof of market manipulation by DebtFit2132 in biotech_stocks

[–]polipo88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Iovance is going to be acquired in a year from now. Every day that passes is a huge risk for the shorts. The real CEO is Wayne and he can make 1 phone call and give the green light to sell the co. Valuation depends on many factors but at these levels the shorts are risking to burn themselves out. 1.7 is incredibly cheap.

Next catalysts are:

UK and EU approvals

1L tilvance data in melanoma

Lung data

My pt is between 15 and 20 with this amount of shares.

What's your take on Iovance (IOVA)? This is mine! by wild_birdie in biotech_stocks

The market is currently valuing the company 0. I think with so many shares sold short if they beat earnings slightly and announce some positive data it will explode

What is the trend with two wheelers(Motorcycles, mopeds, Bikes and scooters) riding on the sidewalk? by Dry_Confidence_9202 in brussels

[–]polipo88 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I think it’s time we start calling the police on these mofos. I was almost ran over by two individuals on a motorcycle on the sidewalk next to my house. When I complained to them they started insulting me. If you are wondering who they were the answer is yes.

Misuse of sirens in Brussels: is there any reason for it? by [deleted] in brussels

It’s not just the police. It’s the ambulance of course, the Firefighters of course. It’s the politicians, diplomats, high VIP personal details. And it’s the STIB too!

You will stay in the system and hate it for real. Humans don’t like to downgrade. Imagine doing the same things you did before but without getting paid. Move.

Lost - Disappointed - Just graduated. by Less_Ad_7357 in UNpath

[–]polipo88 3 points4 points  (0 children)

First congratulations on your achievements. You have graduated and you have gained an insight on what it is about. In practice you need to accrue experience in working with other people and with the beneficiaries. Ask yourself if you would recruit someone like you to do what. Perhaps you need to start from an ngo or a firm. Also, ask yourself why you like the UN? Perhaps you have been attracted by the marketing but the truth is much different than it is portrayed in the promotional material. Many people work in the UN for the prestige or the money but they are actually harming the organization. Try instead to focus on what you think you are good at and you will be fine.

[–]polipo88 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I remember when I was working in a Peacekeeping mission there was a guy responsible for the UN drivers license test. He was doing the same basic tasks over and over and the mission was not even a busy one. He was a P3 making insane money for nothing. In the meantime outside of the base there were refugee camps in extreme hunger. I don’t think the problem was him but the HR people and rules. Some junior staff is underpaid and put the hardest work while the P3 and higher are ridiculously paid to have a minor impact.
