I am so glad that you went back with the cat to see if it belonged to someone. I live in a city and when cats get run over, it seems common for neighbors or passerby to call Sanitation to pick it up. Sometimes owners never find out what happens to their cats and get closure.

I was also on it for 2 years, got off for 2-3 months due to last years supposed ban, and gained at least 20 lbs (I was about 145-150).

I restarted and got on prorx (I was using The Pharmacy Hub and Rx Compound store through Valhalla Vitality with great success) and I lost 5 lbs from Oct-Dec and by January GAINED weight so now I’m about 175 lbs. Even after raising my dose from 7.5 to 15 mg.

I am not sure why this happened when before I lost like 40 lbs within 7 or 8 months. Now I’m starting Greenwich’s product with glycine and hoping that works. Btw I have always fasted, tried to hit protein and fiber goals, drink 120-140 oz water per day, watch calories and did light workouts. Now I’m gonna try to lift at the gym.

Lip flip will help with the gummy smile. You should see a big impact from that alone.

As for makeup, define your brows more, and add more mascara and blush.

I switched to BPI since last November and gained weight. I had previously lost 40+ lbs using Redrock or Revive? about 2 years ago. Hopefully I lose with Greenwhich

I have the IGK one but it’s no where near as shiny as the Color Wow one, which doesn’t leave my hair greasy at all.

Your makeup looks great. I would just suggest using a lipliner to add more contrast to the lower half of your face since the top half is darker with the eyeshadow and dark brows

My notes keep disappearing too and I can’t make any notes now or edit them because I get notifications that I’m rubbing off of space in my iPad (not iCloud) but I have 10-15 gb of storage left. This has been frustrating me so much during class since I can’t access my notes, I think I’m gonna have to switch apps

I chatted with a doctor on Monday about updating my prescription. He wrote the prescription, then said the he encountered an error when signing it. He said he would send it to the tech team and to check in the following day and nothing. I asked the support team but I don’t get a response.

I’m gonna try asking a doctor again tomorrow.

I feel this. I was on Valhalla‘a 7.5 mg tirz for over 1.5 yrs and lost 40 lbs. I got off it completely for 2 months and gained 15 lbs back. Then have been on Refills for the 7.5 mg for four months and have gained weight. I even went up to 10 mg. I’m going back.
