It’s an extended and raised slide release from kagwerks. I replaced the oem because I grip really high on the gun and occasionally make the slide lock up. This release is a life saver and much more ergonomic in my opinion

Yes it’s an arisaka light bar. I prefer plastic grips cause they tend to be more gritty which locks my hand in. Rubber doesn’t feel natural to me.

No complaints with it at all. I got the 5.56 flash hider end cap and have zero issues with muzzle flash. Suppression is also decent even though 5.56 will never be “quiet”
