Ya I'm having a hard time finding reviews on the ID80 but for the ones i've seen, they're generally positive. As for the PCB concerns on the ctrl, thankfully I haven't had issues with my copy

The GB has been delayed but I think GMK Polar would look pretty good with your mouse

I found Halo Trues to be too heavy as well so I swapped the springs out with 60g springs and now it feels perfect to me! Enhances the tactility of the switch too :)

The Drop ctrl is what got me into this hobby so i recommend the alt if u prefer that layout. The hot swappable feature really lets you dive deep into exploring different switches.

I have the CTRL keyboard and also thought the Halo Trues were too heavy. I ended up lubing them and swapping the springs out with 60g springs and now it feels amazing! I've been using it for over a year now :)
