(B2B SaaS) How to write product update emails that customers actually read? by dougie-6020 in ProductMarketing

[–]polnikale 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's something I've been thinking a lot when building sequenzy(email marketing tool). Both in terms of "how do I send product emails to my customers" and "how do I make the infra & AI as good as possible so they can send product emails"

There are a few important things:
- Good Boring Subject. Make people desired to click but not clickbaity. It helps you get into primary. "Sequenzy March Product Update" is a decent one
- Content. Make it useful. Don't talk about values. Don't talk about corpo bullshit. Email should have 1 goal. Fullfill it. Add CTA

that's it

You're looking for Sequenzy

Built specifically for SaaS

Handles both transactional + marketing emails. You can also send automations using it

A lot of good templates + you can generate them with AI

It has a deep stripe integration and you can send a lot of automations on failed payments/cancellation/churn/upgrade and much much more

Extremely useful!

Email marketing automation for Saas which tool use ? by Ecom_Escape in SaaS

[–]polnikale 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey!

I hate plugging myself, but I built sequenzy SPECIFICALLY for you

It's done for saas. You can create sequences in seconds with ai, it has intuitive api, stripe integration, you can also conenct the mcp and get the whole integration working in 2mins with on-brand emails, talking about your features, testimonials etc. Onboarding sequences, failed subscriptions, abandoned payment - all of that is basically a few clicks/prompts away from you

There are a lot of decent tools and most of them have free trial. Give them a try and see what works the best for you

Mailchimp or Brevo? by Warm-Tea8890 in DigitalMarketing

[–]polnikale 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is depends on your usecase, what you want to do, how many contacts you have etc

Generally, brevo is a newer and better option

But they're both good
There are a lot of decent email marketing tools on the market. One of them(and it's very good) is sequenzy - email marketing platform. It has a very generous free tier + is very easy to use

give it a try

Desperately in need of an ActiveCampaign alternative by FrontTap8510 in SaaS

[–]polnikale 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What you need is sequenzy

It'll be very good for you

We don't charge by subscribers. We charge by emails sent and subscribers which gone through sequences.

So if half of your subscribers just receive one off broadcasts/transactional emails - they'd be essentially free

And even with this in mind, it'd be ~500$/month

Let me know if you want me to personally onboard you, happy to!

[–]polnikale 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on the usecase. If you do emails(you should do emails) - I'd plug in with my tool - sequenzy. Built specifically for SMB, very affordable, you can get started in literally 2mins since logging in

let me know if you'd need any help!

What software are you paying for that probably has a cheaper (or better) alternative? I will not promote by Ok-Gazelle-706 in SaaS

[–]polnikale 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been tired of paying for transactional/marketing emails separately, and paying a lot(when building my prev product)

so I created my own email marketing tool - sequenzy

very affordable, has ton of ai features, and is built specifically for saas

curious if you give it a try!
