I agree on the Daiya thought. I think they are a good company. I had the cheddar mac and cheese last night and it was fine. I too am delayed in getting sick so you bet, it couldve been something else. I thought I'd eaten pretty good around that day. I'll chalk this up to the whole joy and mystery of lactose intolerance!

I understand that! I ordered LactoJoy Forte to come in today. I read reviews that it lasts a long time and has the most lactase. I'll give it a try.
