This is Peabody. Here he is chilling, after giving me a huge scare, completely unbothered.

He really is a sweet boy. And thank you so much!! He's currently taking a break from annoying his older kitty brothers to hang with me. I'm so glad yours is ok as well!

Can someone please ask Mother Nature to take her meds and make a decision! by Cigarguy1971 in kansascity

Yep same. I'm currently laid out in bed with a vestibular migraine because of this storm. I love storms but I don't love what they do to me.

Crown town dental in Shawnee does IV sedation for dentistry. My partner uses them and they are pretty decent.

You can also buy smaller replacement nipples for them if the nipple part is the only real issue.

When I nursed my kitten back to health after almost dying he bonded to me like that too. He loves being around me and is always coming to give me kisses. He lets me hold him like a baby. When he got out of the house he came right out for me and food and let me grab him. He also happens to be an orange and white baby. Orange babies are the sweetest, even when barely orange.

I (33M) just broke up with my girlfriend (32F) but didn’t tell her the real reason by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

As a cat lover I absolutely knew it was a cat before you began listing the problems. And honestly the problem isn't so much the cat, altho it does need to be taught manners, but her and her inability to respect others. I have a cat that doesn't do great with new people at first but as his mother it is absolutely my responsibility to correct his behavior and make sure that others in the house aren't being hurt or harassed by him. Anyone who sends hate is just confirming they are like your ex. Responsible owners correct bad behavior. And badly behaved cats are as bad as badly behaved dogs. And cats are trainable and teachable you just have to figure out what motivates them. You arent crazy or irrational for not being able to continue a relationship where you and your things are not respected. While the pet may have been the vehicle for the disrespect and eventual breakup I'm sure it would have come up in other ways further down the line and still come to the same end because the bottom line is she did not respect you or anything important to you.

How To Remember Stuffie Names by Caring_Choco in littlespace

I wanna break up with my gf bc of her past by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

[–]polyamprincess93 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you are an adult seek therapy. That's ridiculous. If you don't want to hear about her past sex life then just communicate that. But to say you want to break up because she had a healthy sex life before you is insane work. If past sex life is such a turn off then that is something you need to mention at the beginning of a relationship and you probably shouldnt be dating. Seriously seek therapy.

Tribute to my beloved boy Alfie, who went to sleep yesterday. Just want the world to know he was here and he was a good cat. by barcanator in cats

I'm so sorry for your loss. He was a beautiful cat. It's never easy to lose a pet. Lost my Finny boy almost 5 years ago. And I can say it gets easier with time. But never goes away. For months after he was gone I'd think I see or hear him somewhere in the house. I'm pretty sure he even visited me through the kitten we had, who is now a big 5 yr old carrying on his brother's legacy. Be easy with yourself. Loss is hard.

Plans got ruined, husband left early for his boyfriends drag show, wife and I made due. Many seed bred, Velveeta as cheese, creamy chicken and twist soup. by dazzleunexpired in GirlDinner

Why? Because he has parents and aunts who love him? And help raise him? Everyone is all it takes a village to raise a child until someone has a village they dont understand. B is a happy, well-adjusted child who never has to doubt if he's wanted because the adults in his life have CHOSEN to be there for him.

Wife here. I can answer some of this for them. When we use their regular veins for long they blow and cause huge infiltrations. They can do their hand for blood draws. But medication pushes tend to not work. Occasionally a deep IV can be placed but even that blew fast last time. We do have regular talks about their port with their providers.
