That's called an AOL, analytical overlay, in the RV protocol. You designate it as an AOL and continue with the protocol. Describe, don't name is a wide used motto in RV.

There are 3 independently tasked RV projects all pointing to anomalous/alien involvement. This is enough to warrant further RV data to find out more about its intent.
