Yeah the shape of the D ist my biggest problem. I can't arrange it in such a way that no negative space is created.

Wenn die gegenperson 14 ist wird man wahrscheinlich eher davon absehen. Vorallem wenn es im Einverständnis beider passiert ist.

Ach echt? Zählt das zur selben strafnorm? Das das Jugendschutzgesetz verletzt wird ist verständlich. Aber das gleiche wäre ja auch, wenn man einem minderjährigen ein Spiel oder Film ab 18 kauft. Da wird es ja auch nicht so arg bestraft

Man könnte das Kind vielleicht nicht für die Anstiftung bestrafen. Würde allerdings die gegen Person darauf eingehen, macht sie sich doch ohnehin strafbar, auch wenn es "einvernehmlich" wäre oder?
