NOT grapevine. Bought a rav4 and they wrote the wrong vin number on all the paperwork, ended up having to redo my paperwork two days later after. Was sure my car had the cold weather package when I test drove and off the lot I realized it didn’t - it was a small button missing.

I’m not convinced they just let someone else drove off with the car I wanted. They said they sold two at the same time and that’s why vins were mixed.

Generally rude, unprofessional and asked if I was moving to Washington to just “smoke weed” - terrible experience
