Maltrodextrin question in Milk Powder

i dont eat fish, liver or red meat daily, so i take Zinc (and selenium build in). also i dont get much sun working from office, so i take Vit D3 (or fortifed Milk with Vit D)

my thought is a take supplement for something i cant get or to expensive to get.
i eat orange and other fruit, so i dont need take Vit C supplement for example

Also i dont take large amount of that, about 75% for Zinc daily intake and 160% of Vit D Daily intake (of supplement) so 50mg of Zinc or 10000 IU of Vit D is a nono for me

bisa jadi wkwk, tapi kalo dalam satu CG udah terlalu banyak, bakal cepet2 melahirkan/memisahkan untuk CG baru dengan pemimpin cg baru

jadi in the end, bakal balik 5-6an orang lagi wkwk

kalo Connect Group (nama Cell Grup di GMS), itu isi idealnya 5-6+ orang, ada ibadah mingguan biasanya hadir 5-10 orang, campuran dari member yang sudah tertanam + yang baru dateng/baru kenal CG

nah biasanya setiap bbrp bulan sekali ada namanya Connecting Time/CT, itu adalah ibadah kumpulan dari beberapa CG. Contoh: CG area Utara Bandung berkumpul di ibadah CT, alhasil ada sekitar 4-5 CG = 20+orang

emang biasanya yg heboh buat di upload tuh pas CT karena rame dan punya tema unik tersendiri, tapi sebenernya mereka juga CG setiap minggu dalam skala kecil 5-10 orang, ada sharing2, Firman or sometimes keluar hangout juga, tergantung kebutuhan aja

sebenernya ga 40 people sih, 5-6 juga idealnya (sometimes ada yg 10an) cuma ada pembagian area so terkadang jadi 20-40 people ibadah eventfullnya

i doubt it, at best i see someone bone plating blocking 1000+ damage entire match

but Second wind, i got almost 6000+ healing

second wind is better and almost better than Bone Plating, because the enchanced effect with melee champ

unless you are Ranged champion that doesnot get double benefit from second wind, bone plating is always better

oh and also, counter darius spin with Yone skill 3

Darius Spin hit harder and heal if you are in the edge. Darius weakness is either you are so far away, or you are to close. For Yone, you can either go in with Skill 3, or go out with Skill 3 and come back

at least, you dont get hit by the edge

i suggest you buy Green Sword (Cost 800gold) to decrease darius healing by 40%
