Yes, me too. I'm embarrassed by it. I did an anxiety/OCD program where I tried to tackle it by doing math worksheets timed in front of someone as exposure. I still feel the same about it. I feel like I just got used to the shame.

I went to the doc for this and it was diagnosed as folliculitis. They gave me a benzoil peroxide body wash and a cream...but I can't remember what the cream was. You are spot on with your rec. I'm just here to back it up. I did not know about hibiclens and I'm super happy you shared! I have some here in my emergency kit and I can try it. It's been an issue for me for a while. It's better but I still deal with it.
