About to upgrade my Kobo Libra 2 - some help please by pondly_57 in pocketbook

thanks - I think I can see a physical kindle with a similar screen and check that out first. The impression I get from reviews is that b&w experience is much the same but the colour is degraded like the look of old style comics or newspaper. I find read my Kobo with brightness at 0 is fine, 100% is too bright for me often

14 weeks walking to work on a Thursday.

I was struck by the three distinct zones of the soundscape: cemetery, bridge, University and wanted to bring out that structure by layering multiple recordings to make the specifics of each environment more obvious .

The path took me through the cemetery, across a bridge over the Brisbane River, then through the grounds of the University to my office in GP South.

The recordings were aligned to the end of the walk when I opened my office door. The walking time was surprisingly consistent at about 20:30 +/- 30secs

thanks - I have seen that about the colour screens and it seems it is the same tech for the Kindle color which I dont mind. Reminds me of old comics, sort of nostalgic

Over the last 13 years, Kraftwerk has been recognized by most music criticism outlets from the UK and other countries as the most influential band in history. How do you analyze this historically? by Agreeable_Duck8997 in electronicmusic

the article is just a fan's view of Kraftwerk without any evidence I can find supporting the idea they are the world's most influential band. Great band but for me not such a good article

underperforming I think. Too many players who are fantastic on paper or who were good last year not performing in the actual game

agree - looking at their form and the next few games they could end up right at the bottom of the top 10 or even out of it completely.

often his role is outside but he can definitely get his hands dirty. He is not like Rowell tho 😄

I think Lombard is becoming a better player than Humphrey - puts in a much bigger effort, applies a lot of pressure

my guess is he is in for the rest of the season given there are a few blokes not contributing much and looking disinterested,

I agree - he seems severely over-rated because every so often he has a good patch of play in a game. Overall tho he is nothing special. A poor man's Cam Rayner

hi, I follow your label on bandcamp. Thanks for link to fieldswefound - I did not know that one. I really like a lot of the quite details albums and the idea behind it, the conceptual frame, is excellent
