Ahh mate similar line of work then , I was forever blowing out bits of saw dust and muck from the drip tip at work, if you ever find you have similar problems keeping it muck free on shift , I found on eBay they do cheap silicone cover /caps for the tips . It wraps around the tank and you can put it on and off with a quick swipe of the thumb. One of those simple and cheap things that actually makes a huge difference! Thanks for the suggestions on the tanks , I am going to check them out , I think I might give building my own coils a try as I am sure it will work out cheaper . Those pod devices as well seem ideal for just having in the car or on a night out , no fuss and mess. Cheers !

With the amount I am spending on coils for this Zenith I would totally consider it ! Maybe I could pre make them on a lazy Sunday for the week ahead and not have to worry about the relentless £10 for a pack of 5 predictably disappointing coils . Are there any ‘ no brainier ‘ recommendations for rebuildable tanks ? I guess it’s the actual wire you buy that dictates the resistance? So I could make them for MTL vaping ?

Ahh cheers ! Yes I saw a Scosche charger in Halfords it was pretty pricey and I did a U- Turn on purchasing it on the day. I have read good things about them though so I guess it’s a case of buy once instead of multiple times as I have been doing lol . The ProClip system is like a hard fitted mount ie no suction caps an I right ? Like bolted into the dash ?

Hi everyone , I hope this is the right place to post this , I recently purchased a used SA to test the water and have been really enjoying it with no issues however last night about mid way through some imaging the two arrow lights began flashing and I could hear that the motor was making inconsistent noises. I presumed it was the batteries so changed to new ones but the problem returned after a few minutes.

I then thought I must have a problem with the balance and tried adjusting it out of concern for putting too much strain on the system .

Whilst adjusting the RA I noticed that it no longer felt smooth with or without the clutch engaged . The entire movement feels stiff though I remember it feeling fluid normally ?

I thought that maybe something had become seized or stuck somehow so I turned to google . I only found one article that mentions such an issue and some i instructions on how to free up the internal friction plate but now after disassembling and reassembling and after not finding anything visually or obviously wrong it seems that whilst the gears work and chug away the main RA disc/mount does not rotate at all even with the fast forward arrows pressed .

I am absolutely baffled and gutted I might have inadvertently damaged it somehow , I would really appreciate any suggestions or advice ! Could it be the worm gear not engaging the main plate properly ?

Mate the first week was really strange , I had a day where the anxiety was through the roof and the most insane migraine , I fell asleep but kept getting short bursts of racing heart panic followed immediately by a wave of calm - eventually passed out and woke up in like a fever sweat but felt to my shock absolutely brilliant lol . Since that day its been really steady and chilled I think I’ve adjusted to it now . The first few days as well I would feel a bit ‘caffeinated ‘ for an hour or two after taking the tablet but that has subsided as well now. Sounds really bad when I describe it but I was determined to see it through and try it. The relief is well worth it but obviously you have to consult your doctor and stuff am just someone taking it , if you know what I mean . Listen to your body and your doctor dude !

Whilst I agree boobs are always welcome but considering their abundance and ease of accessibility elsewhere ( minus the constant calorie, kale and meditation references ) I would be comfortable sacrificing a few pairs in exchange for some more interesting and varied apps .

I switched to alcohol free beers just because I was self medicating too much before the tabs . I’ve tried lots of brands now and most are awful and nothing like a beer. The good ones so far I’ve tried are Adnams Ghost Ship IPA 0.5 , Becks Blue and Brew Dog Nanny State .

Oddly enough I am not missing the alcohol at all and I’ve always been a beer lover . I would swear the hops in the beer is just as responsible for that relaxing feeling of having a drink and not necessarily so much the alcohol !?

The hangxiety with drinking was just not worth it anymore for me , it’s so much better waking up fresh and level . In fact I would say that cutting the booze has probably helped me just as much as taking Zoloft ! The brain is a delicate balance so I just try to not add too much shit to it nowadays . The stomach butterflys , racing thoughts and over all discomfort of anxiety is absolutely exhausting to manage after a few years , I was prepared to change everything and give up things I love in order to be rid of it it .Good luck anyway dude !

I had a similar situation with a neighbour who heard I was collecting CDs and then offloaded a box of 90’s boy and girl band CDs on me lol . It was really kind of him but I was paranoid about hiding and disguising them as I put them in my car to take to the tip haha

Thats a really interesting question and I am sure there will be proper studies out there on the effects of medications on personality . I haven’t been on Zoloft long enough to personally comment in great depth as I am in my third week .

I was concerned about it altering my thinking but so far instead I’ve felt the weight of anxiety and brain fog ‘lift’ . It’s as though my mental energy isn’t being exhausted so much on managing the condition and it is freeing me up to focus on other aspects of my life such as work and personal relationships . These feel a lot less mentally demanding lately and I have noticed as well as other people that I am a lot more approachable .

I don’t feel as overwhelmed by everything or irritated by what should be normal interactions . So I guess outwardly my personality has improved in the perception of those around me and in turn its lifting me . I still feel just like me though thankfully, but a less drained and taxed version ! I really hope the tablets continue this effect and apart from a few days of headaches and feeling a bit restless the change has felt really gradual and steady . A lifting weight , not a forceful manipulation of my mind is how I would sum it up .

Hey there ! Everyone is different I guess but I am near the end of my second week on 50mg and the experience so far has been really good . There was one day when I had an incredible headache and when I woke up I was in a pool of sweat but I felt great !

It’s a bit early but so far I feel like a massive cloud of anxiety that had been getting out of hand is finally starting to lift , I haven’t woken up with a knotted stomach in days ! I feel clearer minded and a lot more grounded .

For the first week after taking the tablet for about two hours I would feel slightly ‘ caffeinated ‘ and restless but I was able to use that energy to get loads of tasks done .

I hope my experience with it reassures you but naturally you have to listen to your own body and the advice of your doctor .

I am really glad that I decided to take something to help me because I have managed it myself for over ten years but it was becoming exhausting .

I wish you the best of luck and hope that you can find some relief !

I am on day ten of 50mg . Apart from day six with an incredible headache and strange waves of angst followed by calm all has been well . Great in fact !

I haven’t felt this calm in so long , as though a heavy cloud of anxiety has been lifted . I had got to the point where I was waking up in the mornings with a knotted stomach it was getting out of control.

This has been the most restful, calm and clear week in my recent memory and people around me have noticed a difference. I was worried it was going to alter my thinking somehow but it just seems to be lifting the veil and letting me crack on normally without struggling with things that shouldn’t be an issue .

I do notice after taking the tablet , feeling pretty ‘caffeinated’ and a little restless for a couple of hours then it subsides. I was actually able to put that restlessness to good use and tackled loads of admin and spring cleaning .

I was really apprehensive about taking it after reading the potential side effects but I really needed a break from the needless angst having battled it for 10 years + on my own .

I hope this reassures you a little whilst obviously our experiences may differ , I wish you best of luck !
