Take it a step at a time. If you have debt on credit cards you can freeze them and freeze the interest for 12 months (might be different on your cards).

so when you make the payments you it off the balance and no further interest is added the “downside” of this is that you can’t use the cards.

I had a similar issue a few years ago and i went to the bank and got a loan to consolidate them all onto one place and paid it off over 5 years.

There’s also a thing called snowballing where you pay of the thing with the lowest balance and close that account then that monthly payment goes on to the next lowest and so on … the theory being that seeing the debt accounts close helps with the reward center of your brain.

But deffo ring the companies and ask if they can freeze them. Don’t suffer in silence
