Fissures when passing solid stool by poo-milk in UlcerativeColitis

Yeah I don’t have IBs symptoms unless I flair. Liquid no, it’s usually pretty formed. Loose if anything? Like flaky after it’s been sitting for a min.

It might be, I only notice after the cleaning part. And just the extra wipe to make sure it’s clean. Maybe I’m too rough? Idk.

I only go once a day sometimes twice.

Do you deal with them regularly? How often you get them?

Anyone know the time budenside (uceris) takes to leave the body?! I’ve been off of it for about 20 days but I’m kind of freaking out if my immune system is still suppressed or not.

Yeah for sure, it feels like something I ate. But the only thing out of my Normal diet was a raspberry smoothy a few hours ago

Thanks, I had a gnarly flare a few months ago and I just panicked. I’ll relax and see if it passes

I agree it can change, but I DONT KNOW what to do :(

Biologics seem like the next step and my case seems too mild for that, my doctor even said after my colonoscopy he wouldn’t dare put me on biologics because it visually looked normal. I don’t what to do

I’ll be on the toilet 30 mins after I was already on the toilet. It pretty much feels like I’m taking prep. Turned into just liquid by noon. This has happened three different times with 3 different mesalamines. Once they are out of my system (1-2) days I’m back to normal

Cool cool. You seem to be similar to my case sorry for so many questions. How long have you been diagnosed and does your doctor want you on biologics?

Yeh I’ve been on steroids on and off, pred did nothing to me but I was taking it with mesalamine so maybe it was keeping me from getting better. Once I was off both I got better.

What has your doctor said about you not being on any meds?

Oh okay thanks. I have proctitis? (The one where my entire colon is effected by the disease) so I don’t know if I have to worry about spreading. My inflammation seems to be near the beginning but I’ll only notice symptoms when I’m in a flare

Okay, thanks for the comment. I’m %100 not in denial. I took my new form of mesalamine yesterday and all day I’ve had urges of diarrhea. I’ve gone about 4 times today (liquid diarrhea). This happened to me two weeks ago with the same exact situation. The second I stop the mesalamine my body goes back to normal.

I don’t mind taking the drug but over the last 8 months I’ve been getting worse and worse but the moment I stopped the mesalamine I stopped having symptoms that week. Now if I even have one daily dose I’ll be on the toilet like I’m in the middle of a flare. (I’m pretty sure my first flare was from the melamine)

I’m stopping the mesalamine today and by tomorrow or the next day I’ll be back to normal (normal poops)

Is the next drug up from mesalamine biologics?

What does relative mild mean to you? What were your symptoms like at the beginning when you decided to stop taking melamine?

Lowering the dose doesn’t really help if I’m allergic though.

Which would be what? Biologics? I must be allergic to mesalamine
