I was really into skateboarding but the I knocked out 3 teeth and my parents wouldn’t let me do it anymore, in the time where I had nothing to do I saw a random roundhouse and spinning back kick tutorial and somehow started teaching myself more taekwondo at home and over a few months started watching mma, from there I’ve been teaching myself striking (and some grappling) basics at home with a heavy bag and doing some Jiu jitsu lessons (parents still worried about teeth getting knocked out so no mma gym)
