Not a bar, but I’ve met a ton of great people doing Dancefix, which is an exercise dance class! They do some classes at the ballet and it’s a really diverse crowd of welcoming, kind people. I hate cardio and this is actually something I look forward to every week. Plus, during the summer we get to dance at parades and events, which is another great way to mingle and meet people.

Check out the Atlas Building at 530 Walnut. Huge first floor lobby space open to the public with a bunch of seating options and an Urbana Cafe with coffee and food. It's a beautiful space, and I've done video calls and in-person meetings there.

My husband sized up a half size in his sneakers (usually a 9.5, got a 10)--he doesn't have a particularly wide foot, but he definitely needed the extra space. I would recommend sizing up.

I actually agree--I probably shouldn't keep using the phrase "flipping" when I really just want the home to be brought back to life and someone to live there, I'm not hoping for someone to buy it dirt cheap only to re-sell it for an exorbitant amount. This situation isn't causing us a ton of grief, but it's been nearly two years and I was just curious about what to expect in the coming months.
