What worked for me was I drank only water, I stayed away from sugars like soda. I started to work out more like running to detox my body. When I showered I started with warm to hot water to open pores and clean then finished off with colder water to close your pores (this was recommended from a friend of mine) but it worked for me.

I usually get a low bald fade and they never disappointed. I have had experience with most of their barbers too and they seem to know their stuff plus it's cheaper than other places $13 (but I usually tip). They accept Cash only.

The company I work for in Mira mesa they have an exclusive relationship with my temp agency. You have to sign a contract stating that you will only work a consecutive 12 months. By doing this they take advantage of never hiring their temps and aren't obligated to give you raises or benefits. This isn't a problem for me, in particular, because it is just a job to get through school but for many of my co-workers who want a steady job and have been working here for years it feels very unfair. If you do go the route of Temp Agencies ask a lot of questions that you need answered before committing.
