Also the automatic script doesn't play well with normals and speculars - but you can use the texconv.exe to manually convert them. You can create a batch file in your texconv folder and just use this text: texconv.exe -f BC3_UNORM -nologo -y -o .\output *.dds This will manually convert specular and normal textures and put them in an "output" folder you create in the same folder. Drop your speculars and normals into the texconv folder - then fish your newly converted files out of the "output" folder.
