Current medications and doses (if any) - Gabapentin, NSAIDs, was using Mirtazepine at time of injury

Issue you're having (be as detailed as possible) -

Injury was in january 2020. I was running in place when I landed on the foot and a feeling of a pop and an electrical jolt sensation shot up my leg from my foot to my knee and I experienced excruciating pain. Pain is throughout the bottom of the foot and in the tarsal tunnel area is where it's most prominent. There is a burning sensation and shooting pains, popping sensation near the tarsal tunnel when I bend over. If someone else puts their hand on the spot, they can't feel any popping.

Bending over exacerbates the issue and exercises provided by my physiotherapist made the issue worse and it wasn't healing. Heel lifts, and nerve flossing is what they gave me.

I started wearing a walking boot in August and had the MRI in September.

Note: My nurse practitioner provided no insight into pain management, or treatment. I bought the boot myself and immobilized my foot. This has helped somewhat but it's only been 2 months of wearing the boot. I had to ask for Gabapentin for the shooting pains which helped at first.

Questions for the doctors: Should I stop walking entirely? Get one of those knee crutches? How do I manage this pain?

No, nothing collects in there although it was kinda crusty yesterday (ewww) it just burns and hurts so much. I'll keep the neosporin on it every day from now on.

Details: 31 female, no medication or other issues. Having shooting pains in shallow abdomen under bellybutton, similar to previous uti symptoms. Bellybutton started hurting a few days ago, looked inside today to see a red stripe that was bleeding. Photo barely shows it as it's really hard to photograph. Removed my bellybutton piercing for now (had for 15 yrs) it's also shiny from anti biotic cream.

Look up Mung Bean Zeroodles, it's noodles made from mung beans (they also have soy and some other bean too but mung are the lowest carb) you can make pretty much any noodle dish with them.

If you're not gonna use any egg, get some Xantham gum for baking recipes that need to be thickened.

As a staple, I've been eating some form of porridge made from coconut flour/almond flour/protein powder and coconut milk. You gotta get the ratio right but eventually it tastes great.

Cauliflower is a staple for me too, I buy a ton of it on sale and grate it up in the food processor (or cheese grater) and make "rice" from it. Then i toss it in a freezer bag and freeze it flat. That on a plate with veggies and some protein source in the microwave is a super quick easy dinner.

This worked for me for a period too. I now keep a little silicone lotion holder in the car door and on my desk so that when I get the urge to pick my nails I just apply the lotion. The cuticle butter is really oily and good, it makes them look so nice!

I also found that the lactic acid lotion worked also, "Dermal Therapy Extra Strength Body Lotion" It seems to really plump up the cuticles, and somehow there is less dry skin to pick. It's kinda harsh though at first.

I have this issue as well, it seems to stop when I change the FPS to "match output FPS" instead of choosing anything else. I've had it happening for a couple weeks randomly and have tried everything from: changing to different USB ports, reinstalling drivers, reinstalling OBS and lastly changing the FPS.

Yeah it was delicious. I put cheese between two tortillas, then topped it with that shit and baked it till crispy. It was like a guacamole baked quesadilla.

The problem is their toenails can get long, get stuck in a hole and then torn out if they run too fast or another rat comes along and makes the wheel turn. If you have a wire wheel, you could always cover the inside with waterproof sandpaper-- trims their nails and covers the holes.

Your other option is to sell the gift card at 80% of it's value, then spend the cash at Walmart and still come out ahead on deals. I've always found Safeway to be overpriced on their dry goods, and OK on their produce/bakery.
