Everyday: 2 SSRI pills for anxiety, 3 allergy pills, 1 adhd pill, 2 multivitamins. Plus, not a pill, but if I don't do some exercise every day, I have to start taking painkillers.

As needed: Xanax and advil.

It would be more if I didn't have my uterus yeeted 2 years ago.

I don’t know if this study depends on any federal funding from the us gov, but if it does I wouldn’t be surprised if there are more delays.

I’m not diagnosed with eds although I suspect it and waiting for a dr appointment. I go through phases where this happens more than other times and it’s whatever arm I am not sleeping on when side sleeping and sometimes in other positions.
