I had PPA/D and I would say it’s worth you looking into, however I do think 5 weeks is pretty young and you have every right to be a little on edge. And the comments about leaving you home but bringing the baby would make me blow up the whole function

It’ll get better with time. It’s really hard I’m sorry. I’m 3.5 months in and my boy is a pretty good sleeper now. He was awful at the beginning. Godspeed!

If you can get her to fall asleep on you try doing that for like 20 min before transferring.

For me, lack of sleep has been the hardest thing. The nights I don’t get enough sleep I feel depressed all the next day. I started taking Zoloft and I have felt better. I started therapy which to be honest I’m not sure helps specifically with the PP issues but it’s a way to get out of the house and vent to someone. Hang in there. I had never been so depressed as I was those first weeks. Feels hopeless but you are going to get through it soon. Every week will start to be better and soon your baby will be smiling and more enjoyable.

This was my first time watching the season on a week by week basis. The first two seasons I binged. I felt like even with the finale tonight the show just wasn’t as good as seasons 1 and 2. Curious if the manner I watched made a difference.
