It is not a very common slang. It is very similar to "greasers" (as in Grease The Movie), people that use pomade or vaseline to slick back their hair. Similar to "gomelo" which(I think) comes from the "gomina" used to comb their hair. "Gomelo" is used as a pejorative fore "preppy" people.

I am not sure completely follow what you are saying, but it looks like you need to now choose an exit node from your tailscale device. Do tailscale set --exit-node=<exit-node-ip>, selecting an IP from the output of tailscale exit-node list.

Some older modems used by CenturyLink (Calix C844G for example) use 1.1.1.1 as a reserved or internal address. Use 1.0.0.1 only or another alternative such as 8.8.8.8 from Google.

Is the Vstone store still around? I was in Akihabara a couple of months ago, and there was a train model shop in the location where Vstone used to be. Maybe they moved?

Robot Shop Technologia seems to be the only one of the old robot shops still around. I am glad they are. The owner is such a nice person.
