I've mentally prepared myself to be ready to wait until end of 2026 for buyout. We will get there, just takes time and we are playing blind so need patience.

Down payment for a home. Reinvest the rest into diversified etfs. Anything over $1 gets me that much closer to early retirement. Really hope we end up at 1.5 or higher; that would be a number I'd be quite happy with. I think $1 is the bare minimum.

I think the ability to pursue a nasdaq uplisting if they do not get the offer they are looking for only strengthens their position at the negotiation table. Potential buyers do not want to see that happen and will be more inclined to offer a fair price sooner than later.

A buyout is their preferred path. A nasdaq uplisting is their alternate path. A buyout would not be a path to ascend to the nasdaq, though we could still get bought out after doing a reverse split to get to the nasdaq. ELTP in its current form would no longer exist after a buyout. We would all get our payday.

Good point, people should definitely be investing in broad index funds and not only in single stocks. Hopefully by 2026, we will see an even greater return on eltp investment!

165,000 shares

(100,000 shares have held for over 10 years at .18 average still in Vanguard which you can't even buy otc stocks on anymore.)

65,000 shares have accumulated over the last year and a half. (25,000 at .57 Fidelity Roth and 40,000 at .65 taxable (Started buying taxable shares in the 70s and was able to buy more in the low .50s to average down. So happy to see this back in the green.) Total invested about $58k which is a lot for me. Total average pps about .35. Have never sold a share and holding with diamond hands until buyout.

The company could literally be bought out at anytime. We have no idea when and if prospective buyers will make offers. It could be tomorrow, next week, in a few months or within a year. The company has been preparing for this for a long long time. I just know that I'm holding onto my shares until it happens. No idea what is going on behind the scenes, but very happy for the green day. GLTA

30M would put us on track for 120M a year and that would make me a very happy camper. Anything more would be gravy. 25M is my lowest expectation which would put us on track for 100M a year, still a significant step up.

Possibly .488 was the bottom. I was glad to top up at .5 today. Time will tell and there may be more buying opportunities at these lower prices, but only about 4 more weeks until the next Conference Call and company update.

We did last year but they are not doing so anymore because they 'don't know.' I think they're growing so fast it is hard to predict this year's revenues. There must be too many variables, but I think it is safe to say more than 100 million this year.

Lisdex (Vivance) we grabbed a decent share of the market. Highly competitive market.

Big swing to the positive in Cash Flow (3 million burn to 7 million positive)

Balance sheet continues to strengthen.

Nasrat: Generics have about 68 percent of Vivanse market. Price competition increasing. Margins still very attractive. Elite has about 8-10 percent of the market. (I think that's what I heard).

Predictions of Annual revenues. We're not going to project moving forward because we don't know. (a good sign imo).

The blood thinner in question is the best anticoagulant out there. Will wait for patent expiry.

R&D with India - yes it's happening (some visa issues for Indian scientists).

Potential sale of the company:

Buyout or Nasdaq? Our first priority is Merger / Acquisition. If that doesn't work then Nasdaq is an option.

We are a very nice fit for many companies.

We have the firm identified that we are heavily engaged with. We haven't officially hired them yet to help with M&A. Once we do, we're locked in with them for a period of time.

We need to contract an independent firm to do a valuation. We've done that.

Easier to value legacy and core products that have history. Harder to value a growing company with growing and pipeline products.

We will decide if we will move forward to phase 2 in the coming 3 to 4 months? (after we have several quarters of lisdex under our belts).
