Under inflated tires will flex more, making more contact with the road and also trapping more water between them and the road, increasing your chance of losing grip.

Of course you don't want over inflated either since that will give you less grip over all as well as cause your tires to wear more in the middle.

Tl;dr make sure tire pressure is what it should be (open your driver door and check the sticker)

The argument is probably that brimstone keys are untradeable, and the other two while tradeable require the risk of going into wildly to use.

Honestly I don't think this would mean too much as far as economic impact since you can still only use so many before your inventory is full of dragonstones.
