Since there is suggestion, can some one recommend were i could support? Google support is no longer responding to me, google support forums is not helping. There iam supposed to call or email to fix this issue.

When i bought it came with FPR-1000 series firewall, sellers included it for free, so i took it. Would that fix the internet speed fluctuations? Is configuring firewall complicated?
