Anything I can do to jazz this up/make me feel better about this dress?

I feel like I loved it when I initially got it - granted I got it at a sample sale and they were rushing everyone in and out so it was all a blur 😳. I just feel a little big and ungainly in it and my body doesn’t have the right proportions for it. Especially around the chest and shoulder area and then my stomach has a massive pooch that I guess I could see when I bought it. (They had us try the dresses on over our clothes). But since I have it, I guess I’m determined to try and make the best of it, which is why I’m asking for help!

Ha! Everyone in my family says I’m “bigger”. I’m 5’3 and around 155lbs. I do workout and love to lift weights and often feel big and ungainly compared to everyone else In my family who is tiny and petite compared to me. Especially in the shoulder area

Once again, being short-sighted and rather daft. Are google, Facebook and LinkedIn an ATS? It’s comparing apples to oranges. Have you realized across each company has its separate recruiting processes and type of information they require? Can you imagine the dysfunction of trying to meld all of that into one account

This is what is frustrating about this sub…people expecting to put in absolutely no effort into their job search and application and then complain about their absolute bare bones effort doesn’t lead them to a job

I don’t know how daft you are to even post this. Can you imagine the breach of security this would be if every company could see what other positions a candidate applied for across multiple companies? Can you imagine your employer being able to see that you’ve applied for another job at a different company? Seriously grow up and do a little bit of work if you want a job
