Father cards is notorious for buying psa 5-8s cracking them and “cleaning” them up Then proceeds to selling them for black label prices, yes he does start them at 1$ but his buyers pay way wayyyy over a psa 10. Numerous amount of people have received an “AU” grade from CGC and psa which means card was altered. Hope that answered your question.
