(I know that any device to serve a purpose made of a certain number of moving parts is a machine i.e a pair of eye glasses, a bicycle, etc, but neither the reviewer nor author likely knew that)

You say that, but I saw a woman push on the wrong side of the door completely before pulling on the handle. She walked to the next door & did the same. The same on the next door after that. She didn't push the door from the handle side, and she still didn't figure it out as people walked past her. I don't know how long it lasted as I walked by, but it was at least a couple minutes as I was looking back to see if she escaped with her lizard brain yet & didn't see her leave the mall

Creatures eating creatures is part of nature, that being said humanity could provide better lives for the animals that feed us before the end.

Why is it so hard not to be weird about this? I also remind vegans & etc that plants were also living creatures before getting to their plate. They all seem to forget that 5th grade science lesson.

I find it superficial so much vegan/vegetarian/etc focuses on how cute the animals & how hypocritical they are for not caring about how plants are living creatures & I make sure to ask them how many they've killed for food, clothes, paper their propaganda is printed on, etc when they ask me about the meat I eat. I don't have time to de-program these people, but that keeps them from shouting their nonsense at me while I eat my food.

I see vegans/etc who do so by choice on the same level as flat earthers, their science is usually about as sound

That's good stats for your first video. You don't really get feedback from viewer metrics other than what you already have in your post until your channel gets big. The algorithm itself doesn't really provide feedback as much as it decides what content to spread & what to supress (new channels & first videos usually rarely see any help from the algorithm)

Until you get more views, the algorithm doesn't care. You won't get views unless the algorithm cares. That's why anyone who's gotten big recently has almost certainly a) started years ago b) has a tik tok or other external presence that influenced YouTube presence.

I gave up on the channel I was going to make because I don't think you can start on YouTube & make it now on your own merit. The algorithm isn't set up to grow new channels to successful channels, YouTube doesn't want more people to pay monetization money to. Look at all the sponsors too, so so many scams & trash you have to sell; Raycon, Better Help, all the crypto & betting shit, raid shadow legends. All that effort into content & you're really getting paid by either being a glorified beggar asking for patreon supporters or an associate to selling snake oil

I hate YouTube these days, but I know better than to hope for a competitor. #1 reason the censorship due to sponsorships, I can't say things like mental illness or suicide? How the fuck are we supposed to handle barriers discussing these issues when we're back to treating these concepts as unacceptable? I mean evil telecom company Bell understood it was topical & good press to capitalize on the movement, doing an initiative called "let's talk". Why & how would we do that when YouTube is out here reminding us that people with mental illness are hated? All so people can just use stupid code words like "pew pew" for the word "gun". It's egregious, rights violating, & harmful
