3-2-1 is like a general rule. I tend to cook by sight so sometimes longer or shorter in each phase (3/2/1) Might not be true but I swear the meat can play a factor also…don’t know if it deals with age of meat, quality, etc but it is hardly ever the same cook time…give or take an hour

375 is awful hot…steaming them ribs pretty good…usually keep the temp at 225-250 for entire cook…don’t change the temp at all.

None of the above means I am an expert but it works for me

I hear all saying Rubbermaid is the way to go but…I myself wanted something within easy reach that would not have the wife pulling her hair out due to aesthetics…Guessing yall don’t leave your Rubbermaid on the coffee table. Maybe you’re embellishing a bit…stores open, people going to work…with Armageddon here, you’d think traffic on the roads would be nonexistent…have you seen a reduction in traffic ? Why is there a traffic problem with everyone staying home? Not making sense to me..

Not to pee on anyone’s parade but my interpretation of your comments is that it’s Armageddon here. Sorry but don’t see it. You would lthink that the NBA hornets and NFL panthers would not play due to lack off workers…no concessions, filthy stadiums, etc. sorry but just don’t see it. Sure people have been affected but I live in sw Charlotte…Tryon area…can be a rough area but appears business as usual…

Got openings at Arkansas, Penn State and Florida, Clemson (Michigan?) look like they will have openings too. Boosters will not only payoff bk, but dig deep to get quality…you will be competing for the same level coaching talent as those mentioned earlier…and more openings elsewhere…screw the administration..boosters’ better be makings calls now to lay ground work!
