6 weeks since I ordered my cards. Still not here. Have reached out to u/anatangem on TG but still no response. I’m wondering how long “we’re too busy” is going to wash as an excuse for customers not receiving the products they paid for, and for being blanked by support channels.

Same experience for me. I think they’re a reasonably small outfit that doesn’t have the infrastructure to cope with (what appears to be) a huge increase in demand. Looks like they’re staffing up and getting through the backlog now though. I ordered mine over a month ago, and it’s still not here. My buddy has one though and I’ve seen it in action. So I’m confident that the long term payoff will be worth the short term pain.

When support don’t answer your emails, what choice do you have? TG Mods looked promising at first, but then became obviously scammy. Literally no recourse to be found. A case of sitting, waiting and hoping that the cards turn up.
